How to Tie a Karate Belt
- Find the middle of the belt, and place it just below your belly button
- Wrap the belt twice around your waist. Each end of the karate belt goes around your back and comes out towards the front. Remember to keep the belt should be flat against your body at all points.
- With the ends of the belt, tuck one end up inside both coils and bring it over the top
