Kid Karate Stickers

Working with children in a karate dojo can be a rewarding experience; however, every so often kids’ behavior can get out of hand. They may be inattentive to your instruction and act distracting towards other karate students. One way of handling difficult situations with children in karate class is to provide positive reinforcement plus kid karate stickers whenever the child is performing a positive behavior.

Karate stickers and positive reinforcement can go a long way, but keep in mind that you have to be patient with the child. The child may not respond right away to an initial request to adjust their behavior, but once they see that they are rewarded on a social level along with a sticker as an added bonus, they will be more likely to perform the positive behavior again.

Patience and caring along with positive reinforcement and special treats such as stickers can go a long way when working with kids in karate classes.
